Talk about the characters here.

Oh and for the chracters we want to make it so they can be customized by the user.

Just how exactly do you want the users, to be able to customize their characters??

That's going to be kinda hard for a n00b programmer. Is it the appearance you want customized or the classes or what?

Well, it could be done like this:

multiple choices like:
Race: Elf - Dward - Human
Gender: Male - Female

and so on, but as for the coding, its gonna be hard for him.

and which language is he using by the way??

Well i was think about c++ i am still learning like all of you. Plus i am having troubles downloading visual studio without a proper internet connection on my laptop. I just have to get somewhere i can get one.

But more of a touch that makes it personal.

I suppose those can be used, if the game is going to be an RPG game etc.

I was thinking of those as a general idea of what to put in there.
